Terms and Conditions

  • We require 50% down payment at least two (2) weeks before the event to confirm your booking; NONREFUNDABLE.
  • Balance to be paid two (2) days before the event.  None payment of the full agreed amount reserves the right for the caterer to cancel all its services.
  • A minimum transportation fee of Php 1,500.00 will be charged for reservations beyond Mandaue City and Colon St., Cebu City.
  • FMC Catering Services will only be serving on ground level within 30 meters from the drop off point.  A service charge of Php 1,500 will be charged to the customer for function held on second or higher floors.
  • Services beyond the schedule of four (4) hours will be charged Php 100.00 per service crew for every succeeding hour. 
  • Extension of service time is until one (1) hour before the scheduled curfew of the city/municipality the event is held at.
  • Corkage fee of Php 500.00 for added waiter to be assigned at the lechon service area.
  • One (1) Buffet table is provided for every 100 pax reservation. An additional charge for Buffet table is Php 1,000.00/buffet table.
  • Additional of Php 1,000.00/buffet table for a request of a managed/controlled buffet (2 waiters assigned per buffet table).
  • Dessert buffet tables are not available.
