- We require 50 % Down payment to confirm your booking; NON REFUNDABLE.
- Balance to be paid in CASH a day before the event. None payment of the full agreed amount reserves the right for the caterer to cancel all its services.
- For down payment check payments: Issue on date check in favor to FMC CATERING SERVICE ( must be 1 week before the event).
- A minimum transportation fee of P 1,000.00 will be charged for reservations beyond Mandaue City and Colon St., Cebu City.
- FMC Catering Services will only be serving on ground level within 30 meters from the drop off point. A service charge of P 1,500 will be charged to the customer for function held on second or higher floors.
- Services beyond the schedule of 4 hours will be charged P50.00 per waiter/driver per hour. Extension hours is until 6 PM or 12 Midnight only.
- 1 Buffet table is provided for every 100 pax reservation. An additional charge for Buffet Table is 1,000.00/Buffet Table.
- One Complimentary Presidential table is to be provided for a minimum reservation of 150 pax. Additional Presidential Table is charged for 1,000.00/table for 10 pax.
- Additional of 1,000.00/buffet table for a request of managed buffet/controlled buffet (2 waiters assigned per buffet table).
